I saw an infomercial for this product one night and thought I would give it a try.I was interested in this product for several reasons: 1) my entire home has wood and hard flooring, 2) I'd love not using additional chemicals and cleaners, 3) I'd love to not be using a mop and scummy bucket, and 4) the re-washable pad looked wonderful.
I got my mop this week and I am so happy with this product. It does what it claims to do.It heats up quickly, my floors dry quickly, and the pad washes well in the washer. The pad is extremely durable and well made. I put it in the washer with some detergent and it cleaned up pretty well.
The actual design of this mop far surpasses the chintzy design of the other popular steam mops available. I noticed right away that it's very sturdy. The handle is telescopic and is easily adjustable.
I've used it on all my floors and small area rugs. It did a marvelous job and even lifted the dirt from my area rug. This is one of the best appliance purchases that I have made in awhile and I recommend it everyone.

I had to buy this product to replace the one that came with my carpet cleaner. That one was used only two times when the little plastic tab that fastens it to the hose piece broke off.Since it could not be mended, I bought this one to replace it.But this one has the same little tab just waiting to be broken off, too.
Very useful for low rise areas like under couches, cabinets and beds. The attachment is worth every penny! Multiple adjustments make it easy to reach under any furniture.
I have owned this vacuum for about a year now.Installed it myself using regular drywall anchors. You can flush mount the system but I elected to not too because my wife did not trust me to cut a hole in the wall.If you want to flush mount the product you can, it comes with a template for sketching out the cuts.
This is a great price for such a necessary item for your wet/dry vac. This filter plate works well, and lasts long.
The hose pictured and sold is a cheap generic copy of an Aerus/electrolux electric hose. It is prone to a high failure rate and will need replacement in the short term. If your looking for cheap, buy it. If you want something to last , buy the original. If your penny wise, dollar foolish this is your hose. If you want quality call Aerus for an authorized dealer near you.
Apparently this product can only be bought from the external web site. The price quoted there is $99.75, not the $18+ change quoted here.Rating based on the product, not the seller.I believe it is a legitimate Kirby product. This review is a pre-purchase notice for all.I did not buy this product/package from this seller and have no report regarding that.
