I've purchased hundreds of items through Amazon and have never left a review before because I have never been burned. I just don't want this to happen to anyone else buying from this seller (Buy It Now Store).
Item pictured is not what you receive. The part shipped to me was black with the connections for the steam cleaner in the wrong positions, it was a V2 replacement set. Also, this is a knock-off, not an official replacement as you may believe.
I contacted seller "But It Now Store" and they told me to return it. I mailed it back to them for $5.75 (s&h) and was then informed they would not reimburse the s&h. I took this quote from their returns page, "Shipping costs are only refundable if it is a result of our error." This was their error and they are not owning up to it.
Save your money and purchase directly from Hoover, would've been cheaper for me.

I had to buy this product to replace the one that came with my carpet cleaner. That one was used only two times when the little plastic tab that fastens it to the hose piece broke off.Since it could not be mended, I bought this one to replace it.But this one has the same little tab just waiting to be broken off, too.
I am always careful with what I buy on Line be it through Amazon.com or other sites, so you can imagine my disappointment when I received this part which totally different from the description and part umber on Hoover manual.
Got a new dog not potty trained. This product got all smells out of the carpet and now she only uses her potty pads!
It is amazing how well this stuff cleans floors - we've lived in our house for 6 years with 4 active children.I attempt to clean at least every 6 months (though I aim for every 3-4) but the carpets are still in decent shape thanks to Kirby!Well worth the cost, and much easier (and cheaper) to order the shampoo online.
These came as a sample with a hoover vac I just bought and they were just what I needed to clean some new and not so new mild pet stains on my ottoman and chairs. Really left them looking brighter too.
