Hoover SteamVac Brush Assembly With 5 Brush, 48437029 Review

I've purchased hundreds of items through Amazon and have never left a review before because I have never been burned. I just don't want this to happen to anyone else buying from this seller (Buy It Now Store).

Item pictured is not what you receive. The part shipped to me was black with the connections for the steam cleaner in the wrong positions, it was a V2 replacement set. Also, this is a knock-off, not an official replacement as you may believe.

I contacted seller "But It Now Store" and they told me to return it. I mailed it back to them for $5.75 (s&h) and was then informed they would not reimburse the s&h. I took this quote from their returns page, "Shipping costs are only refundable if it is a result of our error." This was their error and they are not owning up to it.

Save your money and purchase directly from Hoover, would've been cheaper for me.
