Hoover WindTunnel Replacement Brush Roller Review

I love my Hoover Windtunnel Vacuum, but unfortunately, it eats belts on a regular basis.Being unable to find the parts locally, I searched Ebay and found United Vacuum.Their site was easy to navigate and find the parts that I needed.The parts were very cheap compared to other sites that I visited.I received the parts quickly and the belts fit great. I was up and running in about 5 minutes.Unfortunately, the replacement brush roll that I ordered had been damaged in shipping (thanks UPS).I was pretty busy that week, so I waited till the weekend to email their customer service.I figured that someone would reply in a few days.Boy was I wrong, a customer service representative called me in about 20 Minutes!This was on a Saturday!He let me know they were sending me a replacement brush roll immediately.Wow!If you need vacuum cleaner parts, buy them here.Don't waste your time and money anywhere else.
