Eventually the rubber seal on the top of these filters wears out, and when that happens, the performance of your vacuum drops off. Finding a new genuine Eureka filter is difficult, so I was glad to see these on Amazon.
This filter is fine, as a filter, but it is not an exact match for the DCF-3. It's a little too tall, and the inner diameter is a little too small. It is difficult to get the lid on over this filter, and once you've jammed the filter on far enough to get the lid on, it is very hard to take the filter off again to clean it.
So I'd have to recommend going with the genuine Eureka, not this generic "Eureka" (it is NOT actually a Eureka part - and the product tag is misleading) - if you can find it.

Great Value! Also great product for my Vacuum! My local retailers stopped carrying this value Pack for my vacuum. It's great deal! I received the my value pack on time. Although the seller forgot to add a item that goes in this kit.They were prompt to send out my missing item to me. In all I received excellent customer service from them!

I had previously gotten a different brand replacement that worked ok. However, it did not have the extra nozzle on one end of the filter (which can be seen in the image on the top-side of the Honeywell filter). This make all the difference. My vacuum picks up much more dirt than it usually does. And thank goodness because I have to vacuum after my dirty dogs all the time. 
I would recommend this product. I found it to be good quality and the price was quite a bit cheaper than other filters.
I could not find these in the store at all! My vacuum is about 10 years old. A lot of vacuums don't use bags anymore. I thought about having to buy a new vacuum but I could not see spending that kind of money. Mine is very good but It really needed the right kind of bags. I am very pleased with it and the price. Very fast delivery too.
I thought we were going to have to replace our whole vacuum when the hose got ripped.I was so happy to find that parts were easy to get on Amazon.
If you are buying this, there's a good chance you already own a vacuum cleaner that uses it, it came with one of these and you know what to expect. If not, reviews of the machines themselves would be more important to you. But if you are factoring bags into your purchase, keep in mind that these are relatively small.
