I ordered this replacement fan for my Hoover Elite upright when the existing fan broke after vacuuming several drywall particles. The replacement fan fits perfectly. For the consumer who is undecided as to buy a Bissell or Hoover upright, go with the Hoover because the Bissell fan is integrated with the motor whereas the Hoover is not.
