Panasonic MC-UL671 AeroSpin Bagless Upright Vacuum Cleaner, Orchid Review

I ordered this because of the reputation of the Panasonic brand and I was not disappointed with the quality. It is made of high quality plastic. I would have given it 5 stars except that it is quite "top heavy". This vacuum cleaner, when it's at the regular resting position needs only a little nudge and it would topple over backwards. I have never seen a vacuum cleaner with such an unstable base. Perhaps the tiny wheels has something to do with it, or just the fact that most of the bulk is concentrated on the back side. The expandable hose is quite flexible but rather heavy. When you carry the vacuum cleaner around, be careful not to lift it by the adjustable hand grip as it is not equipped to handle the weight and it slides loose to the next height adjustment. The motor is quiet and it picks up dirt handily, even with just the attachments. The air driven turbine has an impressive design and it pivots. The cord retracts easily with just a push of a foot lever. I wouldrecommend it but for it's instability and weight.
